4th Grade Supply List 2026-2027

Beginning of School Year

We would like to welcome you and your child to 4th Grade at P.S. 55 Q. Please ensure that your child has all the listed items to begin the 2026-2027 school year. Please place the items in a bag with your child’s name on it.

The first day of school is Thursday, September 10, 2026.

Reminders:

1. Supplies will not be shared.

2. Please make sure all items are clearly labeled with your child’s first and last name.

3. Supply drop-off is tentatively scheduled to occur on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, from 1:30 P.M. to 2:30 P.M. It is asked that all supplies be dropped off at this time.

Supply List:

-4 marble composition notebooks

-4 (12 pack) boxes of pencils with erasers (SHARPENED)

-5 two-pocket plastic folders (1 Green, 1 Yellow, 1 Red, 1 Blue & 1 of your own choice)

-2 packs of assorted color highlighters

-3 boxes of tissues

-2 packs of white copy paper (8 1/2 x 11)

-2 packs of antibacterial wipes

-2 rolls of paper towels

-2 (8 packs) dry-erase markers with a dry eraser

IMPORTANT: PLEASE LABEL ALL SUPPLIES WITH YOUR CHILD'S FIRST AND LAST NAME.

We appreciate your cooperation in obtaining these supplies. Please note that additional supplies may be requested throughout the year. We look forward to working together with you and your child to make the coming school year a successful one.

-1 pair of over-the-ear headphones that plug into the device, NOT Bluetooth (see sample photo below)

-1 whiteboard eraser

-1 pencil sharpener (to keep at home)

-1 box of gallon-size Ziploc bags

-1 box of quart-size Ziploc bags

-1 roll of scotch tape

-1 box of crayons (16 or 24 count)

-1 pair of school scissors

-2 glue sticks

-1 pencil case (for personal use)
